Stow-Munroe Falls High School offers every sport under sanction by the Ohio High School Athletic Association except ice hockey.
If what happened Saturday is any indication, that’s going to change soon.
The Stow-Munroe Falls ice hockey club played its first home game in program history to a sizable crowd Saturday at the Kent State University Ice Arena. The crowd included Stow superintendent Tom Bratten, who dropped the the ceremonial first puck.
Stow athletic director Cyle Feldman said he was bullish on the young program’s future.
