Light's Out: Namers shut out St. Francis
Holy Name sophomore stops all 27 shots
Holy Name sophomore goaltender J. J. Light posted a 27-save shutout as the Green Wave opened the 2018 Padua Holiday Hockey Tournament with an impressive 4-0 win over Toledo St. Francis.
Niko Negron and Brennan Dickey scored in the first period to stake Holy Name to a 2-0 lead and the Green Wave rolled from there.
Milo Henry had a pair of assists for the Namers.
Holy Name will be back at it tomorrow morning at 9:10 when they take on Findlay. St. Francis will go up against Upper Arlington at 11:00 a.m.
