Both the St. Francis de Sales Knights and Upper Arlington Golden Bears are familiar with the high stakes and do-or-die pressure that comes with the honor of competing in the state semifinals.

St. Francis is the defending state champion, while Upper Arlington is back in the state semifinals for the second straight season.

The No. 3 ranked Knights (26-9-1) square off with No. 5 Upper Arlington (29-7-0) on Thursday at 7 p.m. at Nationwide Arena in Columbus.
