Youngstown, OH – The Youngstown Phantoms have acquired USHL centerman, Tiernan Shoudy from the Des Moines Buccaneers. The Phantoms also acquired a 2022 8th round phase 2 draft pick, and a 6th round 2023 phase 2 draft pick in exchange for rookie forward, Dylan Wegner, a 2022 1st round draft pick and a 2023 3rd round draft pick, all in phase 2.
