Top seven spots unchanged

The top seven spots in the Ohio High School Hockey Poll were unchanged this week, but there was some movement in the bottom portion of the rankings.

Sylvania Northview put in a good showing at the PA Scholastic Showcase, winning their first three games before losing on Sunday.  As a result, they moved up from #10 to #8.

University School dropped one slot to #9 while St. Charles appeared in the Top 10 for the first time this season.

Holy Name and Toledo St. Francis dropped out of the Top 10 this week.

There is a big match-up this weekend at the Brother James Tournament in Gates Mills.  On Saturday morning, #2 Upper Arlington and #3 Gilmour Academy will go head-to-head as they battle for positioning behind #1 Saint Ignatius.
