WESTERN RESERVE ACADEMY PIONEERS

Western Reserve Academy played in the Red Division of the GCHSHL from 2015-2018 but did not win a league game over its last two seasons at that level.  The Pioneers moved back to the White North Division for 2018-19 following a 2-27-0 overall record in 2017-18.

The Pioneers posted a winning record (7-6-0) in the White North last year and move to the White South for the current campaign.

An 0-4-0 start at the Honey Pot Invitational in Strongsville shows WRA still has some work to do this season.  They will play in West Virginia at Linsly School Tuesday evening, then begin league play this weekend against Parma and Aurora.

The Kent Holiday Tournament December 19-21 should be a good test for the team as they will face Hudson of the Red Division as well as a pair of programs from the Columbus area in Olentangy Berlin and Gahanna Lincoln.

The new year will bring the Baron Cup II race as the Pioneers look to qualify, then win their first Baron Cup game since a 5-1 win over Kenston in 2016.
